Andre J. Castillo

An award-winning expert in solving complex business and legal challenges, at Castillo Corporate Counsel, Andre leads teams of skilled attorneys and professionals across the country on high-stakes business and legal matters. Andre assists Reidel Law Firm with complex commercial formation and transactions while also serving as our liaison to Washington D.C.

Prior to founding the firm, Andre won multiple awards, including a national public service award, for his successful turnarounds of national programs in the U.S. federal government.

Since then, Andre has leveraged his national leadership experience and knack for solving complex challenges in high-stakes environments to help launch and kick-start the growth of numerous businesses, where he has helped lead their successful negotiations with Fortune 500 companies, high profile investors, and large government agencies.

Andre graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, earned his M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies where he was awarded the prestigious U.S. Presidential Management Fellowship, and graduated second in his class from California State University San Bernardino.
